Please also provide a mobile number if possible so DPD can update you regarding delivery times.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
Sample pack orders are delivered by Royal Mail, these can take between 2- 5 working days to arrive. The packs are sized to fit through a standard letterbox box so in most cases no special delivery arrangements are required. Please be aware that Covid19 is still affecting certain Post Office sites and this may mean your delivery is delayed.
Food orders are dispatched on a next working day service (Mon-Fri), however some deliveries can take up to three working days to arrive.
Food orders are delivered by DPD who will provide you with delivery information and tracking details via email and text message. You can arrange safe place and delivery amendments through the DPD system.
There are some harder to reach areas where deliveries incur an extra charge. These areas are:
Northern Ireland (2-5 day delivery)
Scottish Highlands (2 day delivery) – AB36-38, AB55-56, FK17-21, IV1-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-40, PH19-26, PH30-41, PH49-50
Scottish Islands (2-5 day delivery) – HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3
The delivery costs for these areas is £11.95.
Deliveries to any addresses outside of the UK mainland including Channel Isles and Isle of Man are at the discretion of Healthy Dog Food Ltd, please contact us on: sales@healthydogfoodltd.co.uk to request this service.
